Allow us to get the fun jumping at your next event! What's your policy if inclement weather occurs or is forecasted for the day of my rental? The bounce houses must NOT be inflated while it rains or if high-winds occur. If we are unable to set up a rental at the start of an event due to rain or severely high winds we will issue a full refund and/or allow you to select anot
her date. We reserve the right to cancel a rental due within 12 hours of an event if rain, storms, or high winds are forecasted or occurring at the time. If it begins to rain or become windy while we are in the middle of jumping what should we do? If there is an attendant, they will ask all guests to exit the unit and deflate the unit until the rain passes, if possible. If there is no attendant, we will provide instructions on how to deflate when we do the initial set up with the customer. Do I need to pay in full or make a deposit when booking? We require a $50 deposit when you get confirmation to book for your event and the event must be paid in full prior to set up. You can definitely pay in full at any time leading up to the event. Drop off at 10am and pick up at 5pm. We do reserve the right to pick it up earlier if necessary. What is your return policy? If you cancel in less than 24 hours, unless it is weather-related, you will not be refunded. Do you clean and sanitize your bounce houses and games prior to set up? Yes, we absolutely believe in only providing fully clean and sanitized rentals even prior to COVID-19. Our motto is if we would not let our kids jump or play then we should not let yours either.
