And make sure you bring a ton of candy. Vendors ran out last year in the first hour.
We need a ton more vendors to have enough for the shoppers.
At this time we have almost 800 people interested. And those numbers are growing every minute.
So we need crafters, food, trunk or treaters , and some music people. (Non paid gig other than your lunch bought. )

We are looking for more vendors.

AUGUST CREEKSIDE MARKET

For this event we are going to keep all the vendors right by the walkway.
Vendors: please keep your booths simple. It is going to hot hot hot that day and please do not over load yourself. Make sure you have the proper equipment to tote your belongings. Flat bed carts or four wheeler totes. Battery operated fans.
Also I’m going to change the time from 11-4 to 10-3. Set up will be 8-10.

Vendors…. Please read your emails. I’m trying to make it simple and easy for you so you don’t have to tote your things all the way from the parking lot.
When you pull into the park follow the signs. You will go around behind the house and come up to the checkin booth On the walking path. DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS ! Check in then go and drop your things close to your booth and then go park. I know some of you have trailers. But same thing. Unload and go park. Booths 11-20 will be back to back
All booths: your left front leg of your tent will be by your booth number

Ok here’s what’s happening.
Oct 14th will now be a two show day.
The market will be from 11-4 and the Spooktacular will be from 5-9. Yep we are having two shows in one day.
You can sign up for one or the other or for both.

I had to move the Spooktacular from the 28 th because if no open venues.
The website will be updated soon
Emails were sent out to the vendors for the Spooktacular to give a heads up.

We are seeking sponsors for our markets this year. Why?
We do this thing every year where we raise money to buy Christmas for underprivileged kids and hand deliver them to their school for them to open on the last day before Christmas break. They come to school and the gifts are wrapped and sitting on their desk. Kinda like a secret Santa thing. Well this year we have set a goal to buy for the ENTIRE school not just one classroom. This is why we are asking for your help. There are 700 kids at this local school and we want to buy at least 2 gifts per child and also give them one small stocking filled with goodies. So with your help we can do this. Anyone can be a sponsor. Individuals, business owners whomever is in the Christmas spirit! All you need to do is go to the website and pick your package. The prices will include the credit card fee so the amounts will look weird. 100% of your donations will go towards purchasing gifts. So please help us out …..every little bit helps.

THE ONLY WAY TO BE A VENDOR AT A K&S EVENT IS BY GOING THROUGH THE WEBSITE ONLY ! !!
I DO NOT USE JOTFORM, GOOGLE APPS, or any other form other than my Shopify
If you do not see my face or my email on the flyer then do not purchase it. Call me and leave a message if you want to verify. And if you see a post with my show and it’s not posted by me then don’t fall for it.
