Last year was all about challenging myself to learn completely new and unfamiliar recipes!
It was nice for a change to have the opportunity to bake something completely familiar- our raspberry white chocolate cakes!

These gals came back to the bake shop today for a baking class reunion and made… Entremets!
They created chocolate tart shells filled with crunchy Nutella layer, chocolate ganache layer, chocolate caramel mousse all covered in a beautiful shiny glaze and embellished with custom designed sprinkle assortments😍
Such an amazing accomplishment!
Such a special group of friends!
