Homemade KFC Chicken Recipe 😋😋🍗🍗
Ingredients:
• 10 pieces of chicken (thighs and legs with skin)
• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 5 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of evaporated milk
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon chicken or meat seasoning
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the chicken pieces thoroughly, and I season them with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. In a large pot, I partially submerge the chicken pieces in water and cook over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on.
3. While cooking, I prepare two large bowls. In the first, I combine flour, cornstarch, minced garlic, and seasoning, stirring well. In the second, I mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper with a fork.
4. Once cooked, I remove the chicken from water and pat dry. I coat each piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and again in the flour. I refrigerate them for a couple of minutes.
5. Meanwhile, in a stockpot or high skillet, I heat enough oil to submerge the chicken over medium heat.
6. Once the oil is hot, I remove the chicken from the refrigerator and fry 2-3 pieces at a time until golden brown on all sides, making sure to avoid burning the chicken or oil.
7. After frying, I let the chicken rest on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Smothered Pork Chops - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
6 boneless thick cut loin pork chops
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon adobo
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbs butter
4 cups potatoes, sliced very thin (mandoline is recommended)
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Take your pork chops and season them with salt, pepper & all other seasoning until evenly coated. (you can mix all seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl prior to coating chops) , set aside.
Butter a 2-quart baking dish
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat & melt 2 tbs of the butter in the pan, add in your minced garlic, then add in your seasoned pork chops.
Cook them until browned on both sides, remove and set aside.
Add the remaining 2 tbs butter to the skillet and add the chopped onion, cook until soft.
Add the condensed soup to the cooked onions and gradually stir in the milk, set aside.
Slice potatoes and place in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
Place cooked pork chops on top of potatoes, then pour soup mixture over the chops.
Make sure everything is even in the baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
Sprinkle lightly with parsley if desired.

Steak and Shrimp 🍤 😋

INGREDIENTS :

‌• 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
‌• 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
‌• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ‌2 cloves garlic, minced
• ‌ 1 teaspoon paprika
• ‌Salt and pepper to taste
• ‌Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• ‌Lemon wedges (for serving)

Steps:

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture onto both sides of the steaks and shrimp.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired level of doneness (usually 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare).

While the steaks are cooking, place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
Remove the steaks and shrimp from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steaks and shrimp for added freshness.
Serve the steak and shrimp with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of citrus flavor.

Original Old Bay Crab Cakes
Ingredients
2 slices dried bread, crusts removed
1 Tbs. milk
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 pound lump crabmeat
vegetable oil
Directions-
In a large bowl, break bread into small pieces. Moisten with milk.
Add mayo, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, baking powder, Old Bay, salt, egg and crabmeat. Mix lightly and shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate patties 30 minutes to help keep them stay formed when cooking. Fill your frying pan with about 1/4″ vegetable oil. Over medium-high heat, fry until golden-brown on both sides. I usually flip every 1 minute to avoid over frying.
