OUR STORY

As a leading provider of apple masala, we take pride in offering the best apple masala in Brooklyn, NY. We are dedicated to serving the needs of our customers each and every day. KALANI’S APPLE MASALA – THE BIRTH

In 1997, our Executive Chef, Annette Browne, was going through a financial drought. Things got even more difficult when her children came to live with her. One day she rememb

ered a recipe for something very tasty which she learned to make from her mother in the Caribbean Island of Trinidad, mango masala. With this in mind she began to put her ingredients together. However, instead of using mangoes, she decided to use apples. She then mixed some of her own spices together with those that her mom taught her, and voila! The birth of Kalani’s Apple Masala. As time went on, Annette has also developed five more fabulous condiments that are now also for sale:
