In 1962, our founder Jay Eure built his first portable toilet out of 2×4’s and plywood in a little garage in Chesapeake,VA. Since that time our company has grown into a multifaceted equipment rental company that provides products and services throughout the state of Virginia as well as Northeast North Carolina. Stan Eure, an East Carolina graduate, reconstructed the company in 1993 adding several

other product lines including dumpsters, storage containers, traffic control and signs. Under his leadership the company was able to see tremendous success and expanded its influence within the community and industry. In August of 2014 Jason Eure became the President of the Eure Inc. As a third generation President, he has brought new life to the company and is pushing our team to find new ways to better our service, improve our customer experience and add items to our product lines. consistently defines itself as a family owned, multi generational company that prides itself in honor, integrity, loyalty and caring for our community!

We're Hiring!!
Please call 757.494.8770 and press 2 for all traffic control inquiries.

We currently have several open positions for traffic control supervisors.

Role and Responsibilities:
-Set-up traffic control closures on roadways according to the Work Area Protection Manual.
-Maintain a high level of safety at all times while working in the roadway as well as on the property.
-Control movement of vehicular traffic on active roadways using signage and hand signals.
-Install various types of traffic control devices including signs, 4x4 & 6x6 wood post, & permanent signs.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:
-High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, MVR check (clean driving record). NOTE: Eure Inc has a random drug screening policy.

-Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

--VDOT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED!!

--MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

--MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD

-HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Other Important Duties:
*Must work overtime as required.
*May be required to work weekends, after hours and special events.
*Maintain access to ports, bases and other limited access facilities
*Travels to job sites and to attend meetings, conferences and training.
*Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work hours is essential.
