Founded in 2016, the creators of Methos Aerial (Caitlyn Haitaian and Sarah Milosch) boldly decided the time had come to express their unique voice in the field of aerial dance. With over 15 years of combined aerial experience, a life time of contemporary dance training and a thirst for new experiences Methos was born. Inspired by mythos and ethos, Methos developed to foster each artists individual

voice while sculpting an aerial community. Methos dancers are dedicated to the creation of innovative and creative choreography meant to push the physical and mental boundaries. Through passionate and expressive performance they seek to share their talents and love of contemporary aerial with any audience.
