I am a certified Food Protection Manager with a knowledge in Food allergens, allergen certified as well. Why is it important to be certified? Restaurants with managers certified in food safety are: Less likely to have foodborne illness outbreaks. Have better food safety. My experience comes from helping my parents at their restaurant since 2005. I am continuously learning food safety guidelines to protect cunsumers from any health risks. Food safety plays an important role in the reputation of any establishment. In addition, I have excellent organizational skills and am a team player dedicated to efficiency and punctuality.
