I hired PocketWorld catering to provide Empanadas for my birthday party in December of this year (2023). I had already heard from others that Edwin’s empanadas were very good, and I knew they were handed down from an authentic Colombian family recipe, but they exceeded my expectations, and they were a raving hit at my birthday party. In fact, people were coming up to me asking where they were from the entire time. And actually, in the few weeks following my party 5 more people from the party have reached out to me solely to ask who made the delicious empanadas, including a friend who texted me while on vacation in Singapore just yesterday!

Edwin Moreno was a consummate professional every step of the way. He communicated well, delivered them himself, hot and right on time as planned, set them up beautifully and artfully, and provided delicious sauces for them.

By the end of the party, every single empanada was gone, and in fact that was the ONLY food item of all the types of food offered that was completely consumed by the end of the party. I had only tasted one of each type myself at the beginning of the party, and I was disappointed to see that there were not going to be any leftovers to take home!!

I would definitely use PocketWorld again for any event needing delicious and authentic homemade food.
