Kids activities they’ll actually love (and parents will thank you for!)👻

It’s not a Limani party without a little fun + imagination and Pierce’s BOO ACADEMY did not disappoint 🎃👻

We created a full experience for the kiddos, starting with the cutest kid table. Black wooden chairs lined the kids table, adorable Library of Fright books and decor filled the center of the table👻

Activities included:

🧡Potion Lab – So much FUN! Perfect for all ages, easy to clean, and not messy at all 🙌 We used coordinating black, orange, white & brown sand for the kids to create their own custom Boo Academy potion bottles (plastic for safety). So simple, so fun and such a great keepsake!

🧡BOO Bowling – Halloween fun with friendly competition, how adorable are our bowling pins and matching orange bowling ball? Lightweight and easy to lift for the little ones🎳👻

🧡Wooden Haunted House Coloring – Kept tiny hands busy and happy. These wooden houses were a hit! *They also light up and who doesn’t love a glowing haunted house?!

🧡Reusable Treat Bags – Cute + practical for the whole month of October

🧡The BOO PIT – The ball pit got a festive makeover with mini ghost inflatables. Pierce’s favorite spot by far!

And of course, the party wouldn’t be complete without a custom BOO Academy backdrop and coordinating balloon design to tie everything together🖤🧡🤍

These little details are what make celebrations unforgettable and seeing the joy on those little faces made it oh so awesome👻

Cheers, Love!💕

When love is in the details, the night becomes unforgettable. 💕

We are SO excited to share a peek from yesterday’s rehearsal dinner + welcome drinks celebration for Molly .cahill & Alex! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alex’s mom, Joanne, to create a warm, meaningful and beautifully personal night before celebration💕

Some of our favorite thoughtful details:
💕Every flower used throughout the event was chosen to honor the grandmothers, four incredible women whose favorite blooms inspired our arrangements.
💕Custom signage woven through the night, including a heartfelt nod to Alex’s family from Liverpool: All You Need is Love 🎶
💕Signature cocktails inspired by the couple’s favorites, because details should be delicious, too!
💕A complete room transformation for welcome drinks, fully draped to create a cozy, romantic atmosphere for guests to gather.
💕A flower-filled fireplace mantle that doubled as the dreamiest photo backdrop.

This celebration was filled with family, sentiment and love at every turn💕

Boo is TWO👻

Celebrations like this are always about more than the details (and there are always a lot of details) they’re about the heart behind the moment. Pierce turned TWO and every part of his BOO Academy was designed with intention, imagination, and pure childhood joy 🖤🧡👻

From the haunted house workshop set at the cutest kid table and chairs to the potion station filled with color-coordinated sand, to “The BOO Pit” (the coolest ghost-filled ball pit ever!) every activity was created to spark smiles, curiosity, and memories for Pierce and his friends👻

We layered thoughtful design throughout the celebration

🧡 Velvet and textured linens in bold seasonal tones

Proof that intimate can still be oh so spectacular💕

We transformed a smaller loft room at into a chic celebration with a luxurious burgundy + blush color palette, soft table lamp glow, and striking textures (make sure to click on the previous reel to see the before!💕

Due to the low ceilings and room constraints, traditional draping wasn’t an option, so we hung each panel individually to create the illusion of height and softness! Vintage champagne coupes made the birthday toast extra special💕

The floral arrangements were full of garden roses and a variety of seasonal blooms, all within the pretty color scheme💕

Happy birthday to a truly wonderful mom with great taste, timeless style and a beautiful heart💕

October is here🤎

As we step into this new month, I can’t help but look back at these sweet photos captured of my mom, the girls, and myself in the middle of it all🤎

Some photos make me laugh, my mom and I with our perfectly imperfect grins that remind me why I love what we do. Others capture the in-between moments: holding Bee on my hip while styling & capturing shots, comforting Aggeliki between setups. That’s our real life, family woven into every part of this journey🤎

This past year has been so full, and now we’re heading into one of the biggest seasons Limani has ever had. My heart is full of gratitude, for my family, our clients who trust us with their milestones and for the beautiful chaos that makes it all worthwhile🤎

We had the joy of creating this sweet and elegant candle set for a wonderful repeat client in Colorado 🤍

Wrapped in lace, adorned with delicate fabric florals, and finished with satin ribbons, a timeless detail for a beautiful tradition🤍

In the Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony, the bride and groom each hold a lit candle as a symbol of the light of Christ guiding their new life together. The candles also represent purity, blessing, and the couple’s willingness to walk in faith side by side🤍

We love designing these meaningful pieces, from wedding candles to baptismal sets, all year round. Each one is crafted with love, care and personal details🤍

Pasta La Vista to Summer, Hello Fall💚

We reimagined the ever-popular pasta themed tablescape by giving it a seasonal twist, removing the classic reds of tomatoes and sauces and leaning into fresh yellow and green tones instead💚💛

Our design featured:
🍝 Green + white striped linens from
🍝 Playful pattern layering with matching striped napkins
🍝 The happiest green-trimmed Sophie chargers paired with Kyma green plate settings from
🍝 A cutting board mocktail sign with “spaghetti-inspired” golden drinks
🍝 Fresh green tomatoes, yellow peppers, and locally sourced herbs in eclectic clay pots
🍝 Wooden candle stakes to complete the alfresco vibe

The result? A unique seasonal tablescape that celebrates the last golden days of summer while welcoming fall🍂

A true luxury wedding from start to finish🤍

Guests were welcomed beneath a lush, all-fresh greenery installation, a breathtaking chandelier moment layered with white florals. From chic cocktail hour details with table lamps + blooms, to the unforgettable place card display beneath a greenery-filled chandelier, every element was thoughtfully designed🤍

Inside the ballroom, three show-stopping chandeliers, including a 22-foot chandelier draped in all fresh greenery and white florals over the dance floor. It truly set the stage for an unforgettable celebration🤍

Majestic tablescapes with gold-trimmed chargers, gold flatware, glowing candlelight, fresh white + green floral arrangements and heirloom crystal vessels provided by the mother of the groom, created an atmosphere of timeless elegance🤍

This was a wedding filled with beauty, joy and details that celebrated both the couple and their families. Congratulations Ashley and James, wishing you a lifetime of happiness, love, laughter, and joy🤍

Pasta, pizza & amore🍝🍕🍅

This bridal shower was one of our most-loved celebrations this spring, and it’s easy to see why, it was a full Italian love affair♥️

Each table became its own little Italian moment:
🍝 Fresh pasta + olive oil bottles
🌹Lush florals in bold reds, deep blues & Aperol-inspired orange pops
🍅Cream textured linens paired with classic red & white checkered napkins

The bride-to-be’s sister brought so much heart into the design: custom pasta table names after the Italian cities her sister has traveled, colorful “chianti bottle” candles, created the sweetest favor place cards for our pizza storefront display and sourced the most adorable Vespa mugs that we transformed into mini floral vessels for cocktail tables♥️

We especially adored the green + white floral linen in the welcome area, nostalgic, old-world charm that felt straight out of nonna’s home, setting the stage for a warm and joyful Italian celebration♥️

This theme is having a big moment right now, and we loved making it our own, full, layered tables, thoughtful details, and so much personal meaning for the bride-to-be and her family♥️

This must be the place 💕

We’ve loved working with Nina from for a few years now via our events, but this time we finally had a chance to play at her adorable space after a site visit💕

Aggeliki & Bee had the best time and we can’t wait to go back! The sweetest moment? Watching Aggeliki interact with the other little ones…our tiny toddler is growing up so fast! Meanwhile, Bee just wants to be wherever Aggeliki is🥹💕

Balancing work, events and quality time with the girls is a daily challenge but getting to share these experiences with them makes it all so special💕

Taking a few minutes to regroup today after a non-stop weekend and then jumping back into to work on our upcoming spring events and projects💕

I’m beyond grateful this is my current chapter in life-thank you for following along and for working with us! It means more than you know💕
