A rehearsal dinner filled with warmth & the sweetest personal touches🤍

Joel’s lovely mom reached out hoping to create something meaningful for their guests and with one of Joel’s favorite restaurants as the backdrop, we couldn’t wait to bring their vision to life🤍

We leaned into the restaurant’s rich color palette, layering warm plaid + velvet linens, soft table lamps and a glow of candlelight to create an intimate, welcoming atmosphere🤍

One of our favorite details? Each table represented a city the couple has visited together🗺️

Guests found their seats by searching for a postcard from that city and added such a heartfelt, interactive moment🤍

It all came together so beautifully! Wishing this sweet couple a lifetime filled with love, happiness, laughter and endless adventures🤍

Happy December 1st, καλό μήνα! Kicking off the month with the sweetest celebration for baby Giovanni🐻

Yesterday’s Baptism was such a beautiful way to welcome the holiday season. Baby Gio’s nickname, little bear🐻, inspired everything. There was something so sweet and heartfelt about rooting the entire design in a name filled with love🐻

From there, we blended the warmth of the holidays with the timeless feel of a Ralph Lauren Christmas, not the overly trending version you see all over the Internet right now, but the true essence: classic, rich textures, deep hunter green velvet linens, touches of gold, lots of beautiful holiday fresh greens and of course the most important part, the warmth of family gatherings🐻

Every guest table had its own charming teddy bear, each dressed in a tiny holiday silk bow tie or hand-tied kerchief in the same blackwatch plaid as the napkins. It was the smallest detail, but seeing them all together was oh so cute🐻

And the welcome moment…truly one of our favorites this year. Inspired by the Ralph Lauren storefront in Saint-Germain, Paris, we created a custom façade with blue awnings, lanterns, and a gallery wall filled with bear motifs, a playful nod that made the theme uniquely Giovanni🐻

Our goal is always to honor the inspiration without replicating what’s already been done… to make something personal, intentional, and made just for our clients💙

Most importantly, Gio’s parents and godparents were absolutely a dream to work with. Warm, kind, trusting and welcoming even with the wild snowstorm and all the chaos of this weekend, their energy made everything feel joyful and calm. We were so grateful to work with them 💙

And yes…we also pulled off a beautiful proposal setup Saturday in the middle of that storm ❄️💍!

What a heartfelt and celebratory way to end one amazing November🐻

What a weekend! Saturday’s baptism was extra special, we’ve been so lucky to celebrate this beautiful family through their bridal shower, baby shower and now baby Thanasi’s baptism🤍

Blue-and-white circus details, glowing table lamps, candles, the cutest baby elephant, carousel horses and the softest custom blue velvet favors🤍

It was a lovely evening filled with so much happiness, joy and dancing🤍

A sweet Mykonos-inspired evening 🤍🇬🇷

Peggy and Tom were engaged this past summer in Mykonos, so celebrating their engagement with an intimate dinner at felt like the perfect full-circle moment🤍

We worked within a striking blue + white color palette with a pop of autumnal orange since the dinner took place in October, just a subtle touch of fall and a playful nod to Tom’s love for the Chicago Bears & his U of I days🧡💙

The table design was inspired by the Kyma plate collection, inspired by the Aegean Sea, meaning “wave.” We wove that inspiration into every detail through wave-print napkins, blue fish floral vessels, custom menus featuring the iconic Mykonos windmills, and coordinating place cards + signage. Draping & hanging light fixtures transported the celebration to a seaside beach bar & restaurant found in Mykonos 🤍

The dessert bar stayed true to tradition with classic Greek sweets, paired with the prettiest custom cookies to match the entire look🤍

Such a special evening celebrating Peggy & Tom’s new beginning. We cannot wait for all the beautiful moments to come this upcoming year🤍

If you love bows…this Baby Shower is about to steal your heart🎀💗

We had the pleasure of designing the sweetest Baby Shower for Baby Q and last Sunday it all came together beautifully🎀

A day filled with bows on bows, rosy pink details and the most adorable parents-to-be 🎀

We can’t wait to share all the magic from ‘s beautiful photos and the official highlight film but here’s a little snippet in the meantime 🎀

Our design was inspired by all things LoveShackFancy: oversized bows, soft textures, and a dreamy baby-boutique feel. Guests were greeted with bow-topped place settings, vintage pink glassware, the prettiest fresh blooms, and a perfume bar where everyone created their own custom scent. Delicious cocktails flowed, and the dessert moment featured three decadent cakes, one for Mama, one for Dada and one for Baby Q🎀

Instead of traditional shower games, guests hand-made delicate bows for Baby Q, a sentimental touch that made the day feel extra special🎀

Our favorite moment?
The pink telephone in the pink telephone booth where guests could leave heartfelt messages, words of love, or the sweetest advice for the parents-to-be🎀

All of this unfolded inside the gorgeous space, the perfect backdrop for such a beautiful celebration🎀

Reliving Gabriel’s Glendi, an unforgettable baptism celebration filled with joy, love and family💙

What an honor it was to work with Gabriel’s incredible parents & who trusted us from the very start, and to collaborate with such a talented team of vendors who brought every detail to life💙

This project was truly a dream for Angie and I. One we’ve envisioned doing at this scale for years. Seeing the gym transform into something spectacular and watching guests enjoy every moment was absolutely priceless💙

Kids activities they’ll actually love (and parents will thank you for!)👻

It’s not a Limani party without a little fun + imagination and Pierce’s BOO ACADEMY did not disappoint 🎃👻

We created a full experience for the kiddos, starting with the cutest kid table. Black wooden chairs lined the kids table, adorable Library of Fright books and decor filled the center of the table👻

Activities included:

🧡Potion Lab – So much FUN! Perfect for all ages, easy to clean, and not messy at all 🙌 We used coordinating black, orange, white & brown sand for the kids to create their own custom Boo Academy potion bottles (plastic for safety). So simple, so fun and such a great keepsake!

🧡BOO Bowling – Halloween fun with friendly competition, how adorable are our bowling pins and matching orange bowling ball? Lightweight and easy to lift for the little ones🎳👻

🧡Wooden Haunted House Coloring – Kept tiny hands busy and happy. These wooden houses were a hit! *They also light up and who doesn’t love a glowing haunted house?!

🧡Reusable Treat Bags – Cute + practical for the whole month of October

🧡The BOO PIT – The ball pit got a festive makeover with mini ghost inflatables. Pierce’s favorite spot by far!

And of course, the party wouldn’t be complete without a custom BOO Academy backdrop and coordinating balloon design to tie everything together🖤🧡🤍

These little details are what make celebrations unforgettable and seeing the joy on those little faces made it oh so awesome👻

When love is in the details, the night becomes unforgettable. 💕

We are SO excited to share a peek from yesterday’s rehearsal dinner + welcome drinks celebration for Molly .cahill & Alex! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alex’s mom, Joanne, to create a warm, meaningful and beautifully personal night before celebration💕

Some of our favorite thoughtful details:
💕Every flower used throughout the event was chosen to honor the grandmothers, four incredible women whose favorite blooms inspired our arrangements.
💕Custom signage woven through the night, including a heartfelt nod to Alex’s family from Liverpool: All You Need is Love 🎶
💕Signature cocktails inspired by the couple’s favorites, because details should be delicious, too!
💕A complete room transformation for welcome drinks, fully draped to create a cozy, romantic atmosphere for guests to gather.

Boo is TWO👻

Celebrations like this are always about more than the details (and there are always a lot of details) they’re about the heart behind the moment. Pierce turned TWO and every part of his BOO Academy was designed with intention, imagination, and pure childhood joy 🖤🧡👻

From the haunted house workshop set at the cutest kid table and chairs to the potion station filled with color-coordinated sand, to “The BOO Pit” (the coolest ghost-filled ball pit ever!) every activity was created to spark smiles, curiosity, and memories for Pierce and his friends👻

We layered thoughtful design throughout the celebration

Proof that intimate can still be oh so spectacular💕

We transformed a smaller loft room at into a chic celebration with a luxurious burgundy + blush color palette, soft table lamp glow, and striking textures (make sure to click on the previous reel to see the before!💕

Due to the low ceilings and room constraints, traditional draping wasn’t an option, so we hung each panel individually to create the illusion of height and softness! Vintage champagne coupes made the birthday toast extra special💕

The floral arrangements were full of garden roses and a variety of seasonal blooms, all within the pretty color scheme💕

Happy birthday to a truly wonderful mom with great taste, timeless style and a beautiful heart💕
