Not only do I offer catering, I also offer in home cooking! Fully plated and served like you're dining out at a restaurant.

This group went all out!
To start a Strawberry Caprino Salad.
Their entree was a combo of a Filet over Garlic Parm Roasted Potaotes and a Butter n Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with Asparagus and a drizzle of buttery Hollandaise.
For dessert, guests had a choice of cheesecake, like my Double Berry Dark Chocolate Cheesecake.

Had a crazy idea about an Apple Tart Cheesecake...so I made it 🫢🫣

Creamy Cinnamon Chip Cheesecake, with a layer of gooey caramel sauce, and topped with a whole Caramel Apple Rose Tart.

It was Homecoming last week for CHS! These kiddos were treated to a New York Style Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache, an Oreo Extreme Cheesecake, and 3-layer CHS colored Birthday Cake with a cheesecake hidden in the middle and covered in a cream cheese frosting!

With the holidays right around the corner keep us in mind to help out with your family dinners!

This weekend we were welcomed into a beautiful home in the country for a private picnic.

Charcuterie Boards with six different cheeses, six different meats, fruits, and olives.

Classic Bruschetta Scilliani. Roma tomatoes, red onions, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil n vinager. With toasted bagets slices.

Beef Filet Skewars with pearl onions, sweet peppers and balsamic glaze.

Vanilla Cream Cakes. Vanilla cakes in a vanilla bean custard and covered in a fresh whipped cream.

As a thank you to our very kind neighbor for letting us borrow his chain saw after the storms, I whipped him up some dessert as a thank you!

This cake is a sweet tooth's dream! A sugar cookie crust, a birthday cake flavored cheesecake, a layer of classic funfetti style cake stacked on top. With layers of white chocolate ganache, whipped cream cheese frosting, and a white chocolate drizzle this cake will cure any sweet tooth!

Another birthday celebration!

This mom and dad got smoked brisket, sweet n spicy smoked chicken, garlic mashed potatoes with scratch made beef gravy, bacon fried corn, strawberry caprino salad, broccoli salad, homemade hot rolls, and a side of gluten free rolls.

The birthday girl was very happy (and full)!

Red Velvet Cheesecake

Layers of moist red velvet cake with a cheesecake right in the middle! White chocolate ganache and whipped cream cheese frosting between the layers and garnished with sugar roses and silver n white sprinkles.

This was a great birthday treat for a surprise birthday party!

We are set up and ready to start cooking up some burgers for the Coach Lauren Way Foundation Corn Hole Tournament.

Cheesecake Raffle 1 for $1 or 6 for $5 with all money from the raffle going to this awesome foundation!

The Carrollton Woman's Club sells a private dinner for 8 every year as part of their scholarship auction. This year I was lucky to serve a wonderful group of ladies.
To start they shared a Charcuterie Board with meats, cheese, fruit, and olives.
Then Strawberry Craprino Salad with a Cranberry-Poppy Seed dressing.
The main course Filet Medallions ala Scampi. The medallions were served with herb roasted potates, asparagus, and a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce.
For dessert, a Vanilla Cream Trifle. Layers of fresh whipped cream, vanilla bean custard, light vanilla cake, and Moscato soaked raspberries.
