All our sides are made from scratch fresh everyday. We even hand mash our potatoes. Our burgers are made from fresh ground Sirloin. Our steaks, served on Friday and Saturday's are Certified Angus beef. We do two types of ribs everyday; we start with hand trimmed Tyson Baby Backs. We wet rub some of them and we dry rub some of them. The wets are then glazed with a cherry glaze barbecue sauce.

Please help us out with a share on your FB page! Thanks so much! Tomorrow, Friday, September 18th we will have the grill fired up and ready to do steaks at 4pm. We only use fresh hand cut angus Ribeye, and grass fed and finished Filet Mignon. We then tenderize with a Jaccard and grill to order. Served with two sides. In addition we will have all our usual, tender pulled pork, chicken and brisket as well as our jumbo baby back ribs with Zach's special rub, truly amazing! Please help us out with a share on your FB page! Woohoo! Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 25th will be Candied Burnt Ends Wednesday! We take our leftover brisket points and cut them into cubes. We then saute' them in our housemade BBQ sauce. The sauce caramelizes and sticks to the burnt ends, hence Candied Burnt Ends! Truly amazing! Get em by the pound or 1/2 pound, sandwich, or platter with two sides, or The Burner, one of our original specialty sandwiches. We start with a 6" hoagie roll which is toasted and add candied burnt ends, pepper jack, and jalapeno's. Truly awesome flavor profile! Come by and see us! We appreciate your business!
