All our sides are made from scratch fresh everyday. We even hand mash our potatoes. Our burgers are made from fresh ground Sirloin. Our steaks, served on Friday and Saturday's are Certified Angus beef. We do two types of ribs everyday; we start with hand trimmed Tyson Baby Backs. We wet rub some of them and we dry rub some of them. The wets are then glazed with a cherry glaze barbecue sauce.

7 Miles Smokehouse Catering & Food Trailer
Pulled pork or sliced chicken sandwich: $10
Brisket sandwich: $12
Messy Pig: $12 (pork topped w/sauce, pickles, jalapenos and slaw)
Stackers: $12 (pork topped w/sauce, baked beans and slaw)
Add mac and jalapenos: $2
Add chips for $1 to any order
Add a bottle of water for $1
Sides: $3/mac and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, slaw
Platters: pork or chicken $16, ½ pound of meat w/2 sides
Brisket: $20
Sampler: $25 all 3 meats
Loaded Nachos: $12 pork or chicken Brisket: $14
Tortilla chips, topped with meat, nacho cheese, salsa, green onions, jalapenos, sour cream

We will be set up this Thursday, July 18th, at Dr. Wissler, Myers and Kallies office at the corner of South Bridge and Eastern Avenue. We will have pork, brisket, chicken, sweet potato casserole, potato salad, slaw, baked beans, mac and cheese and loaded nacho's. We will be there from 11am to 2:30ish.
