I feel like a broken record but I’m gonna scream it from the rooftops….. SHOP SMALL FOR CHRISTMAS!
Y’all this year has been incredibly slow downtown. I’ve chatted with lots of small business owners & these last few weeks of the year may determine what is open in 2025! So shop!!!!!
I’ve debated posting this but this stat really broke my heart… Americans spent $16.9 BILLION dollars on cyber Monday. Shop small Saturday we made less than $400 at the shop ALL DAY. We were open 10am-6pm plus hosted a 4 hour event. Talk about getting discouraged!!! Last night we had extended hours until 8 pm and not one single customer walked in. Social media is really the only thing keeping us out of the red. It is soooo difficult to post a raw post like this but I feel it’s necessary. My hope is it will encourage folks to support our beautiful downtown before it’s too late.

Ps. I know I’m going to be fine! God always has my back but I’m worried about our city!
