My loyal clients are spoiled and they already know the vibes when @materialgurl_decor shows up. They also are constantly referring me to generate new clientele for my business. So I have to show my appreciation!

💕There’s pretty much no such thing as last minute when it comes to them. They know I’ll move mountains to make sure the balloons are at their event, WITHOUT A RUSH FEE!
💕Sometimes I throw in a little extra, benefiting both of us. I get the pictures for content and advertisement, they get free balloons 🤷🏽♀️
💕If the order is small enough, I’ll deliver it for free. Because they could have easily gone to someone else or artypay itycay (lol).
💕 If it’s not a service I offer, I will refer them to a vendor I trust to take care of them just as well as I do. Sometimes I’ll even act as the middle woman between them and the vendor to make sure everything goes smoothly.
💕They have my personal number. This is a big one lol. I try not to give out my personal number to clients because, boundaries lol. But my loyal customers have my personal number and I will answer calls/texts from them outside of my business hours.
