Small wine-tasting event - an astonishingly varied and creative assortment of treats. There were five menu items: 1) a salad with lettuce, grilled zucchini, goat cheese, huge prawns, peaches, and diced mild red peppers, 2) a little cup of something like gazpacho but better - very tomato-y and well-flavored, 3) dolmas made with fresh grape leaves and stuffed with rice, lamb, and beef, and with a lovely flavor array, 4) individual moussakas - from a family recipe, incredibly tasty and each one made with such care, and 5) very fresh baklava with lots of walnuts and enough sweetness without being sticky.
If you are planning on entertaining a small or large group, CALL THIS GUY. He's really a talented and intelligent chef.
