Taco Meat w/Grandma Bea’s Enchilada Sauce

Brown hamburger, add onion, chopped garlic and cook until the onion is tender. Add one packet of enchilada sauce and one cup of water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

I have had a dream to launch our family’s enchilada sauce, for over a year.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I realized everything needed to be placed on hold.

Peanut Butter Chicken:

In a sauce pan follow instructions for Grandma Bea’s Enchilada sauce and add 3/4 Creamy Peanut Butter and 1 cup of water.

I’m a skillet sautee chicken in 2T oil; seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

Once the chicken is brown pour Peanut Butter Gravy over chicken and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

This recipe goes great over Spanish Rice
