I will be adding freezer meals to my menu! Any 3 of my enchiladas or tamales, with beans & spanish rice! $12 per meal; or Any two tamales or enchiladas, with beans & rice $9 per meal

Easy weekday meal prep! Sheet pan baked with a mix of chicken, onions, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, broccoli and chicken apple sausage.

Drizzled olive oil and season it all with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and some lemon juice.

I just cut them all up and baked on a sheet pan on tinfoil at 400° for 30 min.

Or switch the chicken & chicken sausage out for shrimp.
