Fettuccine Alfredo
1/4 c butter
Optional to add: shrimp, chicken, scallops, asparagus or mushrooms
2T minced garlic
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
Season to taste: salt, pepper & garlic powder
16 ou Fettuccine (reserve 1/4 c pasta water)
Melt butter in large skillet then sauté your shrimp or whatever your above preference is and season with salt, pepper & garlic salt. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from skillet and set aside.
Add your minced garlic and sauté. Once your garlic is cooked, slowly add in your heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
After your pasta has cooked, add in 1/4 c of the reserved pasta water, to the Alfredo, to thicken your sauce.
Once your sauce has thicken, add back your shrimp and pour your Alfredo sauce over your cooked fettuccine. Stir together & serve 🥰
