🥰 The farm is a great place for family reunions, as it can sleep 20 people. There is so much to do, with 40 acres of trails to hike, streams and ponds to explore, and animals to pet.
Jim, the mini Highland bull, is a sweetheart and loves to be petted, brushed and fed treats. He is a year old and 45” tall. He won’t get taller, but will “beef up” l, and gain another 100 pounds. Highland cows are from Scotland and always have long hair. Jim has two red headed, Highlander girl friends, sisters, named Cara Irene and Cara Lloyd.

🐮👅😺 Cows groom each other to show affection. Daisy’s mother was to weak to nurse her so we bottle feed her. She is too little to turn out with the other cows so she stays in the paddock and at night sleeps in a hay bed in a stall. From the beginning Philippa has been her companion, even curling up in the hay to sleep next to her much larger bovine friend. Sometimes we sneak down to the barn at night to snuggle with both of them.
