As we are busy on the build, we are also busy working on assessing what our community would like to see from us! We have noticed and been told that a majority of restaurants are closed on Mondays due to various reasons but the main being that most stay open all weekend. That Monday becomes their day off for most understandably, but leaves our community without dining that day of the week.
One of the main request we have had, has been to "PLEASE PLEASE be OPEN FOR MONDAYS!"
Well, we have heard you loud and clear! Mondays we will be OPEN for dining!

You may still send inquiries about possible private event dates but I cannot promise we will be able to accomodate as it will depend on the date and how far the construction has progressed!

Hi All-🙏 Last night a local mother and friend of the community faced any parents worst fear. A fire has taken the lives of both Hunter and Harley, 2 local teenage boys from our town. Their mother, Stephanie Brink, is now faced with this loss as well as the loss of her home and all of her belongings. One cannot even imagine the pain and anguish that she must be feeling. I spoke with Stephanie this morning and she shared with me her personal PayPal. We discussed ways we can remember the boys as well as items she is desperately in need of. The house is a total loss. I am going to make The Rock on The River a drop off point for any donations, both Material as well as Monetary, that anyone in the community may like to donate to. With discussing with her sister, the use of her PayPal will ensure all monies will DIRECTLY go to to Stephanie without any loss of fee's, to use on the funeral services and rebuilding of her life. She provided me with the following she is in need of: The essentials right now are clothing,shoes, boots, jackets etc but any household items or personal items are extremely helpful as she will have to completely start over :( *There are a lot of places setting up for clothing donations so I would like to focus more on household, and essentials items. Gift cards in a sealed envelope are also a major donation. But you can still donate clothes as well here too :) Stephanie wears a 3xl in pants and shirt. Size 24 jeans. Size 9 shoe. Size 9 underwear. Size 44dd bra ** ( Please remember these above are basic human needs, but there are so many other things she is going to need such as toiletries, bedding, kitchen essentials, daily living essentials, towels, Grooming items, GIFTCARDS are ALWAYS a blessing as she would be able to get things she needs that we may not outright think of as well.) Join us on our first lock-down event of 2025! Celebrate the sweetest weekend of the year by doing something different for Valentines Day weekend. You and your "sweetheart" can join us as we return to The Rock On The River (the old Clearfield County jail). October last year saw our return to the location after a 7 year hiatus. It was a great two nights of investigating with a wide range of activity. We're excited to be returning to investigate again. Reservations are limited. You can reserve your spot(s) by messaging us with the number of reservations you wish to reserve. When we receive your message, we'll send you a PayPal link to remit your payment. Reservations for this event is just $45 per person. If you attend both nights, we knock off $10 and it's only $40 per person. Payment is due at the time of requesting reservations, and spots will not be held for anyone, for any reason. This event is a 6-hour paranormal investigation of an active site. There is no age limit, as we make this a family-friendly event. If your child/children enjoy this kind of activity, and they're not not afraid of the dark, then their age isn't in question. Our guests will have the opportunity to use equipment to investigate on their own for a period of the event. Most of the night will be spent with the whole group being divided into two smaller groups and investigating various areas of the property. There are restrooms available, and refreshments will be provided throughout the course of the event.
