Yup! Originally captured in oil paintings done for royalty and wealthy families, bridal portraits were a way for the bride’s family to remember the special day!

Depending on where you live in the world the term “bridal portraits” could look very different. Today, bridal portraits are still very common in the south. Typically a few months before the wedding the “bride” will schedule a time to get in full wedding day glam and have a little pre trial with their photographer and beauty team!
