The pre-registration must be completed on line:
•Using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or cell phone with a working camera.
•You will need an email address
•A functional printer
•The couple must be physically together and on the same video call
•All prior marriage and divorce information at the time of the video call
•Official government issued ID present at the time of the video call
•Scanner or camera (cell phone)
•Credit or debit card
