Chef Ty’s served continental cold breakfast ( coffee bar, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, cereal, muffins, croissants, cinnamon rolls, brownie bites, veggie trays, and fruit trays). this morning for a conference of 250 people at Macomb ISD. Later they will have Chef Ty’s boxed lunches which includes ( sandwich, chips, cookies bottled water, and Faygo products).

Here is one of the early morning breakfast we made, they had breakfast tacos. It was Chef Ty’s pleasure to feed the 249 Battalion in Grayling MI (06-21 to 06-29) we fed over3500 soldiers that week.

3 clients received our deep dish seafood Mac today, birthday girl got seafood Mac, baked chicken, bbq meatballs, meatballs with gravy, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls. Our other customers got seafood Mac, one ordered vegan meatloaf and the other got meatballs with gravy.
