If you missed this sweet treat on Saturday, don't fret! It was such a hit, that we've decided to make it a regular menu item! And the other good news......we've decided to have the TOTF food trailer open both Fridays & Saturdays for the rest of May! Our 🍩donut,🥤slushie flavor,🧋latte, & 🍅salsas of the week will be posted on Thursdays starting this week. 😋

We’ve been burning the midnight oil the last two weeks trying to get the ⭐️NEW⭐️ Taste of the Farm concession trailer ready, while doing all the other things we do around the farm this time of year. And let’s not forget (as farmer Greg is trying hard to) we have an expanded farm market to set up all before opening day - May 6th. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

However, we do have a great farm crew hanging with our every step. They’re working hard to get us to what we call the start line of the 2023 triathlon! We have some new faces at the farm this season & we plan to introduce our new crew members here in May. But in the meantime, we want y’all to meet another new addition. Her name is SUE ELLEN! 🍨

A little bit about this old gal. We don’t know exactly how old she is, but we don’t age discriminate around here 😂. She comes to us from a long career with 🍀DeWitt County 4-H🍀. She’s all cleaned up & ready to start a new chapter of cranking out ice cream sundaes & cider floats at our farm. We are extremely excited to have her part of the team. 😋
