She has managed Dottie’s for over 30 years and she knows her stuff. Many people have thought she is the owner or that she is actually Dottie. Both are untrue but what is true is she is the reason Dottie’s has been successful. Downtown Clinton will not be the same without Judy and Dottie’s.
