The Crazy Cajun The Crazy Cajun is an adhoc Party Chef specializing in Cajun Cuisine This Crazy Cajun was Born and Raised in Southern Louisiana!

When I turned of age, I joined the US Military and have been proudly serving since then. Through the years I was able to meet my amazing wife and start a family. We currently cook batch meals fresh for a lunch or dinner once a month, or we can be hired for a party with a minimum of 15 and max of 100 depending on what it is you're looking for. Dishes we create consist of:
3 Meat Jambalaya
Chicken

and Sausage Gumbo
Crawfish Etouffee
Shrimp Etouffee
Blue Crab Boil*
Crawfish Boil*
