Dive into a dreamy Oasis! This design flat showcases a primary bedroom that’s a harmonious blend of pinks and blues, and the delicate charm of hummingbirds. And oh this fringe is undeniably delectable. We will certainly share the final masterpiece once it’s time. It’s a process… but so worth the wait. Our client’s heirloom settee holds a special place in her heart, so we wanted to honor its legacy. Understanding its style, era, and unique features, we carefully chose the fabric for it so it incorporated seamlessly with the other fabrics and new furnishings in the room. We selected this landscape from CF Interiors. Furnishings including rug, sofa, console and side tables from Kellogg Collection. Oh la la.

The result is a living space that pays homage to her heritage while embracing modern living.

Mood boards are a source of inspiration and reference to our design clients. The textures and colors in the fabric and trim help communicate our vision for a room. This fabric board is for a sophisticated fella who appreciates bold hues, patterns and lots of details. This room will surely be handsome and cozy!

Vibrant personalities need vibrant colors! This inviting Baltimore seating area within the dining room is just as delightful as the homeowner.
Updating heirlooms with fresh fabrics and trim and adding in custom elements such as window treatments and pillows can give a modern feel to a room without forgoing the charm. We can’t get enough of this roman shade that we had made with Schumacher Chiang Mai Dragon and whimsical trim from Stout. Oh the trim! The sofa was updated using Thibault and paired with colorful pillows made with Maxwell, Kravet & Samuel and sons. Swoon!

Oh yeah! A snapshot of a colorful Poppy Home Design in Baltimore's . This stunning city property is a luxury that was saved by a couple who could not bear to see the 9,000 sq foot property get turned in to another condo complex. Poppy furnished each room with luxe fabrics, furnishings and elegant materials that were layered throughout each space to provide an elevated and comfortable oasis for renters. Oh so fancy... the owners have hosted dozens of bridal parties, celebrities and even an arabian sheikh!

We fell in love with this settee and snagged it from Charles LaVene Antiques High Point Market and paired it with a bone inlay moroccan inspired coffee table Anthropologie. So much more to share from this project! And once again, claps to Whitney Wasson Photography for taking these stunning images!

Good morning from Poppy Home Design (formerly Poppy Production). Our new look just launched and we are so excited to share it with you! Check out our new website www.poppyhomedesign.com that was created by Fancy Girl Design Studio and copy writer Ochre & Beige. Pat and Jacquilyn sure did capture our spirit right down to our office assistant page! Yep, our dogs! We can't get enough of them and we can't get enough of the new look! The energy, color and content reflect our style and the new direction of our Baltimore based company.

As a self-proclaimed plant geek, I relish the opportunity to chat green! Yay for me because The Ivy Bookshop hosted plant stylist Hilton Carter last night. Hilton is so cool and beyond! Monica and I have been following him for years and are in awe of his evolution. His 4th book was just released in March and wowsza it is beautiful.

Silo Point 812 is ready for a new owner! Our goal when staging a property is to select well appointed furnishings to highlight the properties best features. A neutral palette, low profile swivels and a sleek dining set bring style to the condo but also allow you to focus on the amazing skyline and the unique building that was once a grain terminal.
