Brrr Now it's official! It has been published in the media. Facebook has just released the entry price: $5.99 to keep the subscription of your status to be set to "private". Getting stronger... arm's flexibility is improving DAILY!!! Giving thanks to God for this incredible healing, recovery. This time has given, more like FORCED ME, opportunities to be realistic... to rethink, realign, work-through many issues I have not allowed space for in the past.
ONE THING I DO KNOW... 407 to 907 & Back Event Services is MY BABY!!! My dream... my doorway to financial and definitely some emotional opportunities.

I AM READY!!! NOW 4 some bookings!!!! Help me plug in some gigs into my calendar... please.

I am recovering nicely, and miraculously fast, from my broken elbow. I was supposed to go from a cast to a thingamabobber that was to keep me immobile; but thank You Lord!!! when the cast came off, I went 'bare arm' and started PT a week later & have seen amazing progress!
I have been doing some 'light weight' bartending for a few weeks & have managed to "get it done".. which is mostly due to customers who were patient and actually appreciated the effort. Lots of prayers were said; loads of 'atta girl'; plenty of joking and laughter... and a sense of being accepted wholly albeit a tad broken. My heart ❤️ melts with gratitude and love.

NOW... I AM SOOOO READY to kick this business in overdrive!! Ready to rev it up!

Swung by the Fish Camp Grill this morning to pickup some coupons for the hotel and had the pleasure of meeting Tony, the GM. We chatted for several minutes concerning 'being LOCAL' and encouraging folks to frequent LOCAL businesses.... which I do.. to the MAX!
A REALLY COOL thing I learned today... the Fish Camp Grill caterers!!!!! I will be putting the word out throughout my 'small community'.
If you have not been there... check it out!!! Huge food selection, great bars, cool ambience, amazing service... kid friendly, dog friendly. AND, a game room too!!!

Even through I am not able to bartend for several weeks because of breaking my elbow, I am still 'working' the business... growing it.
Bartending is a portion of my business. I am also ordained.... can officiate weddings & funerals. I had HUGE plans for 2023 that did not include bones breaking... but, since this year has started with a BOOM, I will take what options it has given me & view them as opportunities.
Here's to an AMAZING 2023 packed with potential that is waiting for me to snap it up:)

Starting 2023 off right. I have an event booked for 1/6.... AND, they are a repeat client!!!! I love knowing the client was so pleased that they booked another gig!!! Honored!!!

Funerals: Years ago, attending my dad's funeral, the man who performed the officiating of the funeral obviously knew NOTHING about my dad. I realize folks are hired who do not know the family; HOWEVER, I believe STRONGLY that getting some background information is essential. This guy mispronounced my dad's name at least 10 times. It still rubs me. Honestly, when I became ordained I was thinking of weddings & christenings.... funerals were the LAST THING from my mind. A friend mentioned funerals... hmmm. I had to think a few minutes on that.
My dad's funeral came to mind and I KNEW right then that funerals are definitely something I would be honored to officiate. There is a sacredness that needs to be upheld... a respect... a HEARTFELT desire to ease the hearts of those mourning.
Yes, I would be honored to officiate funerals and promise to make it a priority to get to know the deceased through loved ones. (907-227-9037)

It has been awhile since my last post. A few changes.... now a LLC!!! Exciting. I also have a Google email address: 407to907eventservices.com

There's a few more finishing touches & I will be able to reach more 'corporate level' folks. I have to say, I will always prefer my private events.... and will continue to work them; but, being able to take the business to corporations will give growth potential & stability.
