Guest Count Minimums…what are they?

You are not forced to extend invitations beyond your immediate circle just to meet a venue’s requirements, enabling you to share your day with those who truly matter to you. This can create a more meaningful and memorable experience for you + your guests.
✨ the absence of a guest minimum can lead to substantial cost savings. Weddings are notoriously expensive + being able to limit your guest list without penalty can help keep your budget in check. This financial flexibility allows you to allocate funds to other aspects of your wedding that you might value more, such as catering quality, or honeymoon.

If you have a smaller family or prefer a low-key celebration you don’t have to worry about meeting a minimum guest count in order to book with us. We’ve had as small as 40 guest weddings with no fee for not meeting a minimum requirement. This ensures that you have the freedom to celebrate your love in a way that feels right to you.

We understand that weddings can be loud… but hear us out. We have been working with a company called @acoustiblok to ensure we keep providing amazing wedding experiences but also protect our neighbors from the noise that comes along with them! We normally operate at 60dB at our property line (which has always provided a great dancing experience!) but recently have learned, understandably, that this is still a bit loud.. * Normal breathing — 10 dB* Ticking watch — 20 dB* Normal rainfall — 35 dB* Refrigerator hum — 40 dB* Air conditioner — 60 dB* Washing machine — 70 dB* Traffic (inside car) — 80–85 dB* Lawnmowers — 80-85 dBso we are teaming with this company to put up fencing that can absorb up to 28 dB of the noise! We will be looking into 30-60feet behind the dance floor, far enough back to not even be noticeable but our neighbors will enjoy quiet evenings 🫶🏼 With our fence we will also be adding a little stretch by our parking lot to keep noise in this area down. It’s not always pretty but we try to keep you up to date on ALL the updates we make to our venue. Each of these add up to a give you a beautiful day for you + your families 🤌🏼
\\bts// P A R K I N G edition. 1. Parking Attendant + Security: Cruz is parking cars an hour before your event start time (or when you designate). He is there to ensure we are able to park the number of cars we say we can as well as guiding guests that need to be dropped off to the ceremony site. This keeps all cars off the street for your guests safety as well as our neighbors! He also runs security throughout the evening, again keeping your guests vehicles safe as well. Sometimes he has a little helper too 🫶🏼2. Large Off Street Parking Lot: we are able to park everyone within our 2 large parking lots. This is separate from our ceremony + reception area, keeping your day beautiful + ensuring every angle of your day is photograph ready!3. Well Lit: we are upgrading our lighting in this area to downward facing lights + installing more to keep every step lit for you + your guests’ safety. Also keeping the light directed downwards will keep it from being seen too much from the road (truly giving you a private oasis for your day!) 4. Vendor Parking: we keep spots closest to the venue designated for vendors (they also are able to drive right up to their set up space) this ensures they can get out easily once their job is done!Cover photo: @sarahnoel.photography
