Yes, you read that right; Triple! Although brewing is an exact science, the beer also makes its personality known and this one felt like over achieving!

Expect a full-bodied beer with bold tiki cocktail (pineapple, guava, coconut) and ruby red grapefruit flavors. This big, vibrant and warming beer combines balanced bitterness with just enough residual sweetness, resulting in a flavor packed drinking experience.

The CDA² aka The Cascadian Dark Ale aka The Black IPA

This beer is just as complex as the multiple names would lead you to believe! It greets you with guava and papaya sweetness in the aroma, followed by assertive “West Coast” IPA bitterness and flavors of pine, grapefruit, black pepper and leaves you with some late lingering notes of dark chocolate. At 6.2%ABV this bold but drinkable beer pairs perfectly with our short days and dark skies!
