We concluded this year’s Renovation Rodeo in a beautiful home in Wale’s Garden. With multiple residents from the early 40’s having been called up in the World War II draft it seemed fitting to go with a WWII ration and Victory garden theme menu.

Loved working with for tonight’s Renovation Rodeo in a former church turned short term rental space nestled in Edgewood.
Tonight’s menu was based on a Southern Church Potluck using comfort ingredients like collard greens, sweet tea, and cornbread.

We had a blast Renovation Rodeo in Eau Claire this evening. We created a special menu highlighting the early 1900s. Did you know that Dr. Pepper and Jell-O were first introduced at the 1904 World Fair? Or that a recipe for Peanut Butter and Jelly was first published in 1901?
