Big Billy G's Carolina BBQ News!!

We are excited to announce we will be serving our BBQ at Williams Brice Stadium this football season (including the big Soccer Event on Aug 3) and at Colonial Life Arena for ball games, concerts, and events.

At W***y B, we will have our Food Truck on the East (visitors) side on the ground floor inside the gates. We will be where Mr Seafood has been parked. On the West (home) side we will have that large concession stand between the entrances to sec 3/4 & 4/5. We are working out the menu with Aramark now. We will not be able to sell items that are already being sold by other vendors (Chicken, etc).

For the Soccer event, we will only be serving from our Food Truck on the East side. Merchandise will be sold in the large concession stand on the West side for the Soccer Event.

I'm not sure about our location/locations at the CLA yet. We are all working on W***y B plans for this Soccer event. I do anticipate that we will have a concession booth at the CLA.

This is a big opportunity for us. It will be a work in progress as we figure how much to prepare for each event.

Billy G for everything!!!!!!!!! I bought a year ago to support a Gamecock but now I put his spice and sweet heat on pretty much everything. I’d like to support a Gamecock anyway but I switched from using Meatchurch on pretty much everything bc it’s just better. And that’s no knock on Meatchurch can’t go wrong with Billy G's spices

We just received our first order for Food Lion stores in SC.

153 Food Lions in SC will be stocking our "Sweet Heat" tomato vinegar Sauce, "Carolina Bold" Mustard Sauce, and "Old # 21 Secret Spice" rub later this month of July.

I'm pretty sure Food Lion is in just about every area of SC.

We are honored that they will be carrying our products. It's a big deal.

Didn’t get an after pic because I had no patience. Made my own Schlotsky’s-inspired spicy bbq chicken pizza. Used an Aldi small pizza dough, sliced red onion, some chicken from a Publix rotisserie, Gouda and mozzarella cheese, and sweet heat. Could have also added some jalapeños but left them off this time. 10/10 would highly recommend

Publix carries our products in South Carolina in Columbia, Irmo, Lexington, down I 20 to North Augusta and Aiken, and then moving North through Anderson, Easley, Greenville, and Spartanburg.
