Thank you all for coming out to the November Community Dinner at Asylum Kitchen & Cantina in the Factory at Columbia 🌮

It was so good to see so many familiar faces and meet new friends! Here's the thing, Columbia wouldn't be the special gem that she is without her sweet people and local businesses - so THANK YOU ALL for coming out to support a local spot and thank you to Asylum for hosting our large group!

If you haven't been to a monthly dinner, you've gotta add it to your calendar! There's a seat for you at the table. 💙

👋🏻 Hi yall!! It's almost dinner time at Asylum Kitchen & Cantina! 🪇

‼️Couple things:::

1) a Very Maury Christmas is happening tonight at the Factory at Columbia also, so it'll be a pretty lively evening!

Soooo, I'd recommend getting there a little earlier to grab a parking spot if you can! There is also parking available behind the Factory.

2) please enter through the front building door (with the ramp in front of it). It'll take you straight to Asylum!

3) you will NOT have to wait in the A Very Maury Christmas event ticket line to enter, just proceed through and show them the dinner invite or flyer and just let them know that you're with the dinner group. The Factory staff is well aware that we're meeting for dinner at 6:30 AND

4) the Very Maury Christmas is a ticketed event, so if you'd like to enjoy the event, please purchase a ticket. This is also going on tomorrow, and tickets are $5 for tomorrow's entry!

Our October community dinner was a blast!!

Thank you all for coming out this past Friday night, I say this time and time again - YOU make these dinners special!! 🌙 We have so many different experiences and life phases represented here - from locals, to those who recently relocated to our town, veterans, couples, singles, old friends, and new ones - sitting around a few tables learning more about each other and enjoying good food.

So if you're wondering if there's a seat for you at the table, YES there absolutely is!

It's a great way to meet new friends, see familiar faces and support a local spot ✨️ here's to building community in Visit Columbia, TN 💙

Our ladies kayaking trip in May was a BLAST - a six mile float down the Piney with new and old friends plus a post paddle lunch. ☀️

I'm ready for another trip, yall! Shoutout to Piney River, Camp And Canoe for the quick and seamless checkin. Definitely recommend this outfitter! A++++

✨️ A few (ok more like a ton) of pics from yesterday's ladies brunch and jewelry social! YALL. It was an absolute JOY seeing everyone mingling and enjoying their time.

To every one of you ladies who joined --- thank you for spending your afternoon supporting local 🥰 Yall all looked absolutely gorgeous and I so enjoyed hearing your sweet stories/passions and sharing laughs! It was so nice to meet new friends and see a bunch of familiar faces. ❤️

Kudos to Betsy and her husband David, owners of Towne Coffee for the fantastic setup and delicious food! Yall are full of talent - thank you for the a+ hospitality and an incredible afternoon!!

Not only did we enjoy brunch, but we all had the opportunity to create our own custom piece from Betsy's custom jewelry company - Jewelry Bee Social! I LOVE jewelry but a custom piece? Well that makes it even more special.

The best part of it is seeing so many people from different zipcodes, backgrounds, experiences sit together and enjoy each other. It's all about experiencing genuine moments, and that wouldn't exist without genuine people. So, cheers to yall! ✨️

Tomorrow is our ladies brunch at Towne Coffee in Historic Mt. Pleasant, Tenn! So to kick off the event - let's learn a little about the owners who we'll meet tomorrow. ❤️

David and Betsy were childhood best friends as they were growing up in New Jersey. They didn't see each other for over 20 years and after a turn of events - they reconnected and married last year! Yall - this Sunday is their first anniversary! They have 4 teenagers - 3 boys and a girl.

A little about David - he has a degree in business and is a chef. He has been in the food business for over 30 years, and is the talent behind all of the incredible food at Towne Coffee. He works too much to have a hobby, but he jokes that cleaning out the garage has become his hobby!

Now on to Betsy - she is a designer and has an art degree in graphic design. She has been in marketing and product development for over 25 years. Jewelry was her hobby, and now it's her business! She loves supporting her town - one of her recent finds came from Belissima, a boutique right across from the coffee shop! If you haven't been, you absolutely have to check it out!

Betsy has designed so many memorable custom jewelry pieces, but her favorite is the piece she did for Cyndi Lauper. Make sure you ask her about why she chose this as her favorite custom design when you meet her at Sunday's brunch. Our July Dinner was a good time! Thanks to everyone who came out and to Mt. Pleasant Grille for hosting our group! It was fun catching up with familiar faces and meeting new friends! Enjoyed seeing everyone. 🤠
