As we wrapped up another successful Illuminating event, it was truly wonderful to reconnect with my fellow classmates and colleagues. The energy and enthusiasm in the room was palpable as we celebrated the achievements of our peers. Foremost among them was the 2024 Emerging Winner, Jonall ( #23 BCE), whose innovative and impactful work has already made significant strides in advancing our field. Equally deserving of recognition was our 2024 Key Leader, Ellen Giles, whose tireless efforts to spearhead critical initiatives and inspire those around her have been instrumental in driving positive change. However, the true highlight for me was having the honor of presenting the Corporate Community Impact Award to Sherri Witzke. Sherri's unwavering commitment to leveraging her company's resources to uplift and empower our local community has been truly inspirational. Through her leadership, countless lives have been transformed, and the fabric of our shared spaces has been strengthened in profound ways. It is the collective dedication and passion of individuals like Jonall, Ellen, and Sherri that make events like this meaningful and impactful. I am deeply grateful to have been a part of this celebration and to witness firsthand the incredible work being done to make our community a better place for all. Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, energy, and expertise to make this Illuminating event a resounding success.

Today, I accomplished something I've never done before! My situation just pushed me to do it... and honestly, I did it and flawless. My main takeaway? Never allow your fears to destroy you. Keep pushing through. Nothing stays the same forever. 👏 👏 👏 👏 .
