I entered a chef competition. There will be several rounds to this competition so voting everyday is important.

If I win, I get the opportunity to meet and cook with the amazing Chef Carla Hall, get a 2 page article in a magazine & $25,000. My plans for the money are to open a open a brick and mortar location and a nonprofit organization. Everyone knows I’m big on giving back to opening my nonprofit would mean more to be than opening a business.
