The Grand Finale of our Catered Christmas Parties (minus a few more scheduled pick up orders before Christmas)....
Catered a holiday party on the 2nd floor of Dan's Pub in downtown Lancaster last night. Shoutout to our amazing bartender, Chantelle, who went above and beyond and helped with unloading and loading! We were not expecting all those steps...but we made it work. This one was a bit different from our routine catering...the client requested individual tiny plates of a variety of appetizers. Lots of tiny details. Lots of work. But we got lots of compliments on both the display and the quality of the food. ❤️

The menu:
-Nacho Bar with red and green tortilla chips, beef, chicken, refried beans, homemade guacamole, black bean salsa, and all the fixings
-Mini Pineapple Glazed Ham Balls
-Mini Crab Cakes
-Mini Twice-Baked Potatoes
-Jalapeno Poppers
-Blue Cheese Potato Salad topped with Bacon crumbles

Catering a Marietta Business Association Mixer tonight in Molly's tree lot, behind Molly's Courtyard Cafe. My contribution was mini Pineapple Ham Balls, Individual Veggie Cups with homemade ranch dip, and mini Christmas Cannolis. The yard is all prepped for a campfire, s'mores, and hot chocolate bar. So festive and sure to put you in the Christmas spirit!!
