We will still be at tonight from 5-8!

We took the staff out tonight to for our kips tacos Christmas party! It was a blast!

Jacob bought beers for the whole staff in celebration of a great season on the truck!
(This is supposed to be funny because there are only 3 people total, and Logan doesn’t drink)

On a real note, thank you so much to everyone who supported us this season! We are still working through the winter, so plenty of tacos and quesadillas to come 🫡

Kip’s Tacos food truck has been a dream of mine for many years now. I knew I wanted to do something authentic and original, while capturing the Tex Mex vibe with my food, and keeping the look of the food truck retro and home made. I purchased an old 1970 camper that needed a lot of TLC, and my dad and I have been tackling this thing for the last 10 months together. I thought it would be cool to show you guys the (rough) start of this beauty, compared to where she is now! Thanks so much for the support, let’s eat some tacos 😎🌮
