Corporate event gifting doesn't have to be boring! Sending your guests home with something fun will make your event even more memorable.

We created custom poker chips, decks of cards and highball glasses for the Jess Howard Electric team to take home at the conclusion of casino night. They turned out great and attendees were thrilled!

Venue Spotlight: Wigwam Events Center

The Wigwam Event Center is nestled within a serene wooded site and offers a variety of event spaces, including a full theatre! This historic property was formerly used as a private retreat but is now available for rental to the public. The Wigwam truly has it all - tranquility, comfort, and convenience.

We loved working here for the Jess Howard Electric event not only for the unique space, but how easy it was to work with their wonderful staff!

It was a pleasure working with the Jess Howard Electric Company to honor and recognize the hard work and dedication of their entire team. We had a great time! 🎉

The evening began with Longevity Awards, highlighting anniversary milestones spanning up to 45 years! After formalities, the party began with delicious food, lively casino games, music, and lots of prizes. 🎰

One thing was very evident during this event… it was all about the employees! ❤️ We created a fun evening that they are still talking about. Can’t wait for next year!

✨ VENUE SPOTLIGHT: Retreat 21 Venue ✨

We loved working with Retreat21 for the OhioX CEO Retreat! This beautiful new venue was the perfect space for 120 executives, which included 2 large breakout rooms, onsite lodging and beautiful wooded grounds. It was a great choice for this event as it broke the attendees out of their normal "tech" environment.

We hope to be back soon!

We are honored to have been part of the OhioX CEO Retreat at Retreat 21 Venue.

OhioX is a nonprofit membership organization that connects, promotes, and advocates for tech in Ohio. With all the exciting tech developement coming to Ohio, it was incredible to be a part of their first CEO Retreat. This one-day event hosted several panel discussions, keynotes, delicious food by Cameron Mitchell, and plenty of cool technology demos.

A special thanks to Design Exchange Rentals for designing the stage set as well as Event Source Rental who provided the stage and equipment!

Check out this recent gift from our Ketchum & Walton Companywide Meeting. Custom gifts were placed in attendees' hotel rooms for a fun surprise after they returned from their evening event. The soccer balls and scarves were customized with the client's core values tying in elements of the event and its venue, making it all the more memorable. ⚽️

After a 4 year hiatus, it was time for their team to reconnect at their 2022 Companywide Meeting. This was a "World Class" event for an outstanding group of sales professionals.

We coordinated a city-wide scavenger hunt with help from CultureShoc LLC, a kick on the field with Crew SC Crew Cat , and even facilitated a major company announcement on the Jumbotron. Scarlet City Events planned every detail to be bigger and better than anything they had ever done before!
