Last week we had the honor of hosting and catering the opening of the “Community of Healing” photo exhibit, a partnership between AndHealth and Lower Lights Christian Health Center at the Event Space.

Not only did we enjoy learning more about the stories behind the photos and meeting some of the individuals being honored, but our team enjoyed preparing a delicious spread for the occasion! Both organizations make such an amazing impact on the community!

Customer convenience is always a top priority at Simply Plated, that is why we are now offering Pick Up Catering!

Pick Up Catering will be available between 8:30am-4:30pm at our new location. Simply Plated Cafe 1160 W Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43230. Once you place your catering order online, select “Pick Up” during the checkout process.

All pick up orders will need to be placed 72 hours in advance.

This weekend we hosted the first of many beautiful events in our new event space! It was an honor to have Black Pearl Veteran’s Brunch in our venue this weekend!

Spending Saturday honoring and celebrating Black Women Veterans within our community, was a wonderful way to spend Easter weekend!

As you know, Simply Plated will be opening a store front location in Franklinton in the coming weeks (🤗). Our new location features a 1,300 sqft cafe and a 3,600 sqft event space on the first floor and a 1,200 sqft commercial catering kitchen on the 2nd floor. We are sooo close to opening (waiting on that good ole Health Dept. inspection) but there are still a few more things we are in need of in preparation for our big reveal.

Simply Plated has been able to grow to where it is now with little to no debt, which is a gift and a curse lol! However, we wanted to come up with a fun way to raise the remaining funds we need to purchase the few items we are in need of.

Hey Simply Plated Family!

As you all have seen, within the last 3 years, Simply Plated has grown so much, thanks to your continued support! We would not have gotten this far without the continued support from our community.

Like any business, with growth comes change. For The last 5 years, we have been focused on providing our meal delivery services as an easy and convenient way for those within the Columbus community to access delicious, healthy food in an easy way! Unfortunately, the time has come for us to transition out of the meal delivery business, in order to focus on our growing catering operation (as well as another extra special project we can’t wait to share with you VERY soon!). While meal delivery started as our main source of business 5 years ago, we never imagined that we would grow to be one of the leading corporate and event caterers in Columbus! Our team is so excited about the future and so thankful for the doors our meal delivery service has opened for us.

To our loyal meal delivery customer, THANK YOU! Week after week, you have supported our service, and we cannot thank you enough. We hope that we can continue to serve you in the future with any catering needs you may have.
