Four years….not sure where the time has gone! This year flew by exceptionally fast!

This year, our mighty team produced 25 live events and 2 virtual events. We were in Washington D.C, Chicago, Columbus, Orlando, Las Vegas, Nashville, Denver, Oklahoma City, Cancun and Panama.

We celebrated Liz being honored with a “Smart Women in Meetings” award.

Thank you to our clients and to all of our event partners and friends who continue to support EE!

Huge shout out to the EE team this year! Thank you for all the smiles and laughs along side the long hours, millions of steps and the ups and downs of hosting live events post COVID.

Here’s to year 5 and the adventures in store for us!

Yesterday was pure ! I was surrounded by amazing, smart, innovative women in the and industry. My cup started to over flow just at breakfast.

The day was packed full of amazing and inspiring speakers. And so many gifts from supporting event partners. It was amazing to be an “attendee” and get to experience the details, hard work and commitment to the women in this wonderful industry that Smart Meetings created.

Last night was the beautiful gala where I was recognized along with my inspiring peers accepting Smart Woman In Meetings awards. I feel so honored to receive this award.

The energy yesterday was amazing! The community and collaboration of seeing old friends and making new was invigorating.

Continuing our unique venues tour this week back in Columbus! Excited to plan an event for 1,500+ at COSI - Center of Science and Industry later this fall!

We love unique venues. The Fred Kavli Auditorium seats 670 and is used extensively for scientific symposia and meetings. It’s interior was designed to eliminate acoustic focal points and to ensure an optical distribution of sound.

Our team gets so excited when the blank canvas looks like this! The Fives Columbus is gorgeous and has so much flexibility with indoor and outdoor space options. The views of Columbus skyline are phenomenal!

Wow! Three years since we opened our doors. We honestly wouldn’t be here without the support of our clients, dear friends and our family. We are coming off two back to back events in to being on-site this week in with 10,000 meeting and event professionals. It feels great to see the return of face-to-face events and we are excited to see where the next year takes us.

2021 is starting to feel so much better than 2020. It’s exciting to see the Hilton Columbus Downtown’s new tower continue to go up and continues to grow. It’s been an exciting couple of weeks being onsite with some of our great hotel partners assisting clients create their COVID-19 health and safety plans so they can meet face-to-face this summer!
