Anne Schmitz

Anne founded Regarding Events in 2019, after spending a couple of years at home with her daughter. She started in the hospitality and events industry at Walt Disney World, eventually moving to Columbus, Ohio. Spending 8 years at the Great Columbus Convention Center, she wanted to focus on individual events and making fairy tales come true.

Anne spends her time volunteering with the Highest Awards Review Committee at the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Council and participates in the Pop, Water, and Ice Committee with the Dublin Irish Festival. Anne lives with her husband and daughter in Hilliard, Ohio.
