PSA: please read and share 🫶🏻
I am looking to build my event planning portfolio. I currently only have 1 party in my portfolio and I have a second one this weekend. Since I am just now starting out I am planning for my prices to be pretty negotiable. Fun fact: event planners costs are usually $600 and above, I am starting out pretty low to build a portfolio for this business.
As of right now, I am only booking for Saturdays and Sundays as I do work a full time job Monday-Friday.
I will have 4 packages starting out:
Meet your event planner: CoCo Celebrations has you covered. My name is Courtney Beck, I am 26 years old and have a 8 year old siberian husky and a 8 week old kitten. I have 18 nieces and nephews combined between my family and my in laws families. CoCo celebrations was created because of my nieces and nephews for the last 10 years have called me CoCo. And what better way to show my appreciation to them and name a business after the nickname they have given their aunt coco.
The following packages are listed below:
Gender reveal: $100/hr for up to 4 hours: Let CoCo Celebrations take the stress out of planning your gender reveal event. With a focus on setting up, clean up, theme, and decorations, I will bring your vision to life, allowing you to focus on the excitement of the big reveal. Leave the details to me and enjoy this special moment with your loved ones.
Baby shower: $150/hr : Don't stress about planning the perfect baby shower - let CoCo Celebrations bring your vision to life. With attention to every detail, I'll take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy this special time in your life. Let's work together to create the baby shower of your dreams. I will take care of the decorations, setting up, clean up, catering, games, invitations and mailing them, and if you have any request I will be happy to discuss.
Kids party: $100/hr for up to 3 hours: Let CoCo Celebrations help you bring your child's dream party to life! With our kids' party planning service, you can relax and focus on making memories while we take care of all the details. I will take care of setting up, clean up, catering, games, and party guests. Just share your vision with me and leave the stress of party planning behind.
Custom party: if you have a party in mind for example, maybe your turning an adult age and want to hire a party planner to organize your party then look no further I will work with you and help you any way I can. Price will be depending on what kind of party is needed for this package.
Tips are NOT necessary with this business. Tips will not be declined BUT tips are not required when booking with me. I would prefer reviews over tips if necessary.
I will require a 48 hour cancellation notice. As my job will be to purchase decorations and catering for your party I will require a cancellation in advance and if you cancel after the timeframe listed above the retainer fee will be non-refundable.
Also want to add, when booking for these parties I do require a 50% retainer fee up front when booking AND will require a waiver/contract to be signed to ensure that my clients understand my business guidelines.
Any add ons will be extra fees depending on what is added to the package.
