Cocos Celebrations is partnering with Emmas balloon creations 🎈

If you hire me as your event planner you will have an option to add on Emma’s balloon garland/arch with an additional costs, pricing below •

Keep in mind: when booking her services; she does require a 30% deposit and rest due the day of the event. Her pricing is based solely on what is requested. she also makes Custom made wood arch’s upon request, please reach out to her for more details on the custom arch as it depends on the arch requested.

Pricing:
$150 for 12 ft garland $45 deposit, remaining $105 due day of event.
$115 for 8ft garland $35 deposit, remaining $80 due day of event
$85 for 6ft garland $25 deposit, remaining $60 due day of event.
$55 for 4ft garland $16 deposit, $39 due day of event

Why is hiring an event planner important for your event:

Well here is 4 very important reasons:

Time and stress is a big one. Planning your own event means you don’t get to enjoy your event because you’re walking around and making sure the party is going well when that’s what an event planner is for. An event planner takes the time and stress away from the guests or hosts. You give the event planner your vision, and they take over from there so you don’t have to.

Managing budgets, you give your event planner a budget, and they will work with you. If you wanna stay in the $200 budget line for decorations, catering, etc we will work something out so that you have the budget you want.

Focus on other responsibilities, you should be focusing on taking pictures, or creating memories while your event planner is going around and making sure everyone is doing okay, fixing decorations as needed, setting everything up, etc. we want you focused on making memories.

Bring your vision to life, you give me your vision, I will take that vision and do my best to bring it to life. I will consult you every move I make to make sure your vision is being fulfilled. If you want spider man to show up at your event, BOOM done. I will make it happen. Put your faith in me and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The one person who never gets to enjoy the event is the person who planned it. You’re too busy moving all over the place, ensuring everything is in order, and that the event runs smoothly. Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. Planning an event is comprised of four main stress points: budget, location, guest list, and catering, but there are a million smaller things (many you may not be aware of) to coordinate in a designated timeframe. Chances are that your daily responsibilities are enough to make the mere idea of planning an event seem overwhelming. You can relax, knowing that experts have lifted the burden of organizing off your shoulders and the results will exceed your expectations. Relieving clients of stress is one of the most important benefits of hiring an event planner. They handle all the headaches that come with organizing events, leaving you to enjoy the party without worrying about “things that could go wrong.” When you hire an event planner, you can relax and enjoy the event like every other guest, knowing that everything is being taken care of—they are there to troubleshoot difficulties and to make sure that the event goes off without a hitch. We made the sign ourselves, DIY baby shower invites, props, stackable boxes, and cute little chalk boards so people know where everything is.

Below are some work to show for what I can do as your event planner: you give me the details and I will do my best to bring your visions to life. I make invitations, AND mail them. For an extra cost I can mail your invites to companies hoping you get a response. Below are examples of invitations I have done this year 😊

I wax seal the back of envelopes if requested, and charge an extra $5 for that to be done.

The costs of the event will purchase the tools needed to make your party sparkle. If you give me a chance, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I am looking to build my event planning portfolio. I currently only have 1 party in my portfolio and I have a second one this weekend. Since I am just now starting out I am planning for my prices to be pretty negotiable. Fun fact: event planners costs are usually $600 and above, I am starting out pretty low to build a portfolio for this business.

As of right now, I am only booking for Saturdays and Sundays as I do work a full time job Monday-Friday.

I will have 4 packages starting out:

Meet your event planner: CoCo Celebrations has you covered. My name is Courtney Beck, I am 26 years old and have a 8 year old siberian husky and a 8 week old kitten. I have 18 nieces and nephews combined between my family and my in laws families. CoCo celebrations was created because of my nieces and nephews for the last 10 years have called me CoCo. And what better way to show my appreciation to them and name a business after the nickname they have given their aunt coco.

The following packages are listed below:

Gender reveal: $100/hr for up to 4 hours: Let CoCo Celebrations take the stress out of planning your gender reveal event. With a focus on setting up, clean up, theme, and decorations, I will bring your vision to life, allowing you to focus on the excitement of the big reveal. Leave the details to me and enjoy this special moment with your loved ones.

Baby shower: $150/hr : Don't stress about planning the perfect baby shower - let CoCo Celebrations bring your vision to life. With attention to every detail, I'll take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy this special time in your life. Let's work together to create the baby shower of your dreams. I will take care of the decorations, setting up, clean up, catering, games, invitations and mailing them, and if you have any request I will be happy to discuss.

Kids party: $100/hr for up to 3 hours: Let CoCo Celebrations help you bring your child's dream party to life! With our kids' party planning service, you can relax and focus on making memories while we take care of all the details. I will take care of setting up, clean up, catering, games, and party guests. Just share your vision with me and leave the stress of party planning behind.

Custom party: if you have a party in mind for example, maybe your turning an adult age and want to hire a party planner to organize your party then look no further I will work with you and help you any way I can. Price will be depending on what kind of party is needed for this package.

Tips are NOT necessary with this business. Tips will not be declined BUT tips are not required when booking with me. I would prefer reviews over tips if necessary.

I will require a 48 hour cancellation notice. As my job will be to purchase decorations and catering for your party I will require a cancellation in advance and if you cancel after the timeframe listed above the retainer fee will be non-refundable.

Also want to add, when booking for these parties I do require a 50% retainer fee up front when booking AND will require a waiver/contract to be signed to ensure that my clients understand my business guidelines.

Any add ons will be extra fees depending on what is added to the package.
