Crawfish season is over and we are getting back in the kitchen and making that boudin! Message me to preorder asap. I make 200 lbs at a time and it sells fast. Going to do our regular boudin and now doing smoked boudin. Regular is $11.99/lb and smoked is $14.99/lb. Discounts available on orders of 5lbs or more!

Central Texas was hit hard, but the response has been even stronger.
