For those that think the farmers, wholesalers, caterers and restaurants are artificially driving up prices or price gauging, read this article in the comments and educate yourself. I promise you the industry is tired of the crying. Either pay market price or don't buy them but please stop the whining!!

The scarcity of the harvest is anticipated to drive prices up.
