Crawfish season is upon us!!!! Smitty’s can do one for your get together. Minimum of 10 lbs. includes sausage, corn & taters. Every 10 lbs includes 5 lbs crawfish. These pictures are of a shrimp boil I did just yesterday. Let us know what we can do for you and your next get together.

Prime Rib I did for my mother's 60th birthday. 24 hr dry brine with a 4 hr smoke. Turned out EXCELLENT. 11 lbs fed 9 people with very few left overs. Y'all let us know what we can do for you for your next celebration.
