It is with heavy hearts that we said our final goodbyes to a Hirschfeld Alumni and friend today, Katie Clark. Katie was not only a cherished member of the Hirschfeld team but also a vibrant soul known for her fun-loving nature, constant smile, and unwavering support for the Panthers.

Beyond her professional contributions, Katie was a devoted sports mom, always there for her two children, Ella and Evan, cheering them on in all their endeavors. Her spirit and enthusiasm enriched our workplace and our lives in countless ways.

Katie's role in shaping the early years of Hirschfeld leaves a lasting imprint on our company's culture. Her absence will be profoundly felt across our entire community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her husband Jim, their children, and all who were graced by her extraordinary spirit and kindness.

This week a few of our employees had the opportunity to take the items that were donated for HMS Cares to Levine’s Children Hospital. The employees & patients were so excited to see us deliver the toys in our fire truck, which was wrapped in drawings created by the patients. We are extremely grateful for everyone who contributed to our cause by donating. The employees were very appreciative and continued to thank everyone for bringing a little joy to their patients holiday season. We can easily say this years HMS Cares was a huge success, and we look forward to next year. Happy Holidays!!

Since 2012, HMS, with the support of our generous clients, vendors, and friends have supported organizations in our community that directly impact & improve the lives of children diagnosed with pediatric cancer. This year, HMS Cares is supporting Levine Children’s Hospital.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with Hirschfeld Marketing Solutions (HMS) warehouse, fleet, inventory, assets and property maintenance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of HMS fleet
- Warehouse organization, inventory, shipping and receiving
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment, following warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Assist with equipment maintenance, moving of assets and vehicles
- Assist with inventory, packing and shipping
- Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years of relevant warehouse, asset management, and/or maintenance related experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate and work well as a team member
- Willingness to work hands on with projects (setup, teardown, basic repairs/maintenance and troubleshooting as needed)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED WORK HOURS:
Full time position; Minimum 40 hours per week

Hirschfeld Marketing Solutions is seeking a skilled fabricator with an eye for detail and passion for creativity and customization. We work with many different brands and business sectors, making every project unique.

Fabricators are responsible for specialized fabrication of experiential marketing assets. Fabricators build and up-fit custom client assets such as enclosed customized trailers, vehicles and displays per client design specifications. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that may include up-fitting of interior flooring, seating, electronics, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, maintenance and more!
