Welll Ezzat , The owner and proprieter turned 55 last weekend and we were lucky enough to attend his birthday party, There were a lot of people from the Showcase days and even Spankys days. The Addicts even attended and they left to go to a gig in Temecula Sunday night. It was a lot of fun and a lot of good memories for everyone.

I was the house sound engineer at the Showcase Theatre and did the install and maintenence of the sound system there for the first 10 it was open. The owner, Ezzat Soliman was one of the best promoters I have ever worked for. We did shows all over and had some great times in that span of time. Sadly The Showcase closed its doors in April of 2008 but it had a glorious 15 year run in the city of Corona. It was host to bands from No Doubt to The Genitortures.
