Mission is to support Veterans and Families with many programs, including Americanism, Baseball, Boy Scouts,Boys.State, Children/Youth Oratorical The American Legion is the largest wartime veterans service organization with 2.4 million members in nearly 14,000 posts in nearly every community in America. The Legion, established by an act of Congress in 1919, was instrumental in getting the original

GI Bill through Congress and the creation of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Today, the organization is active throughout the United States, supporting current military personnel and veterans, sponsoring American Legion Baseball, Boys State, Oratorical Contests and other activities for youth, and pushing for the adoption of a constitutional amendment to prohibit desecration of the U.S.

Hello boys and Girls, it's me again, first I want to let you know that this month's breakfast will be on Sunday the 10th 8 - 11:30, Veterans will eat free, let's thank them for their Service. Our Freedom is because of them. the monthly meetings will be Thursday the 21st at 7 pm. Don't forget Monday Dinners always GOOD.

ok, here we go. first I want to let you all know that the post will be closed on October 11/12/13, Fri. Sat. Sun. Back on Mon. the 14th for dinner, see you there. Monthly Meetings will be on Thursday the17th, Breakfast will be the 20th 8--11;30. see you there, they will be the 2nd Sunday as always after this month. well, here we are again School Starting tomorrow, Meetings Will be September 19th 7pm see you all there. Chicken B-B-Q will be on September 21st last one for the season, thank you for your patronage. Breakfast will resume in October. Next Monday dinner will be ZITI W/Salad and dessert. Thank you REMEMBER TO SMILE!!

Hello Boys & Girls, here we are in the middle of August - but where did July go? any way next B-B-Q will be on Aug. 24th 11 till gone, come early don't miss out. we have Labor Day Lotto Raffle going $2 each or 3 for $5, tickets at the post or ask a member.
