**A Greek Twist on a Classic Favorite**

Experience a delicious fusion of flavors with our unique Kokony, a hot dog inspired by the traditional Greek gyro. The juicy grilled hot dog is perfectly complemented by tangy Pink Wagon pickled onions, creamy feta cheese, and our house-made tzatziki aioli, all served in a soft, warm bun. This Greek dog is a culinary adventure you won't want to miss!

We'll be serving up our fantastic hot dogs, Cherry Thymeade, and some new items on our menu today. Hey everyone! Our season start with the South Valley Farmers Market Saturdays has been incredible, and we thank you for all the support as we continue to grow our dream into this amazing reality.

This Saturday, June 8th, we will not be set up at the South Valley Farmers Market. We will return with our signature hot dogs, refreshing Cherry Thymeade, and some amazing specials on Saturday June 15th. We look forward to continuing this amazing partnership with this community.

It's Thyme for the Gran Mondo in honor of the Gran Fondo! 1/4 lb all beef dog topped with local favorite restaurant Jack Sprats signature sauerkraut, grilled sweet onions and yellow mustard.

Our Soup Du Jour today is Veggie Protein Stew: Hearty Lentils and Quinoa with mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes in a savory broth seasoned with fresh herbs.

Come see us Downtown Cottage Grove on Main and 7th at the South Valley Farmers Market . Serving up our ever popular Hot Dogs, Soups, and fresh squeezed Thymeade. We'll be at the Market until 2pm today. Hope to see you soon!

In our small community, we have learned the true value of the question "What's in a name?"
Rediscovering our identity, our name change to 'It's Thyme to Eat' reflects this enlightening experience and has rejuvenated our sense of direction.

Today is the last day we will be at the holiday market with our tasty soups 🥣! Today we are serving up our crowd favorite Loaded Potato Soup and a Hot and Sour Soup! We’ll be here until 4pm but don’t wait too long that potato soup goes fast!

We’re at it again this Saturday, 12/16 10am-4pm! Back by popular demand is our deliciously rich and creamy Loaded Potato soup, vegetarian friendly unless you choose to top it with bacon 🥓. We’ll also be serving up a vegan Hot and Sour soup that is a tantalizing blend of bold flavors. A steaming bowl delivers a perfect balance of tamari, heat from red chili's, white pepper, and tanginess from rice vinegar. Loaded with silky tofu, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots and topped with green onions. Come down and visit us at the Food Smiths and Papa Taddei booth and warm your belly 😋

Cottage Grove, you really know how to show up! To have the number of people that we prepared to come see us throughout the four hour event show up within the first hour was an unexpected suprise!

We are so grateful for everyone who joined us at our Pop Up grand opening Saturday night. 🎉While we faced some unexpected challenges--long waits, mix ups, and some inconsistencies--we appreciate the patience and kindness from our amazing customers. Your support means the world, and we are committed to making it up to you. 💚 We are humbled by the tremendous turn out and how everyone allowed us the grace to learn some very important lessons for next time. Thank you for being a part of our journey and we look forward to serving you again in the future.
