Applications for the 9th Annual Holiday Maker's Market are now being accepted. Please note there has been a booth fee increase due to the venue increasing their price. A standard, single 10' x 8' booth is $65. A double (20' x 8') booth is $130. There will be only THREE double booths allowed so complete your application with that in mind. Electricity is an additional $5. Show time is 10am-3pm. Set up starts at 8am.

Booths come with a six foot table, two chairs and table linens. You may be asked to provide a link or pictures of what you make to ensure we do not oversaturate a category. Spaces per category are limited to ensure a pleasant shopping and selling experience. Please note that copyright/trademark items are not allowed unless you hold a license from owner of said images.

Application acceptance is January 7-February 28. Vetting and invoicing will begin after February 28th. Rejection/thank you for applying emails will go out during vetting process and after show is full. You are not confirmed until payment is received. No refunds once payment is made. Everyone is on the same playing field - whether you've sold with me before or are new.

The application process will be opening soon for this show!

Please note that the application process will change. We will be taking applications starting tomorrow, January 7th until February 28th. A link to the application will be posted on our main page. After this date, we will begin invoicing.

Your spot is NOT confirmed until payment is received. To ensure we are offering as much variety as possible to shoppers, please know that if you've been a vendor in the past it does not automatically secure you a spot. Everyone goes through the same process and is treated equally. Please do not message/email/call asking if we've received your application or asking if you will be receiving an invoice. Please make sure you have our email address ([email protected]) in your contacts so your invoice does not get 'lost' or go to your spam folder. It is not the responsibility of Crafty Corgi if you do not check your email or our communication goes to your spam folder. Invoices will be left open for a period of two weeks after which, if not paid, they will be canceled. Thank you for your continued interest and support of this increasingly popular and heavily trafficked show.

Hello my vendors!

I'm sharing an opportunity for those interested - Cottage Grove is hosting their annual Food Truck Festival which features 30+ food trucks, live music and a beer garden on September 14th and this year they are adding a marketplace. They are looking for vendors of all kinds. The event is at Kingston Park in Cottage Grove, rain or shine, 11am -7pm, 10' x 10' booth spaces outdoors. If you are interested, please complete an application and send it to them!

Crafty Corgi Events & Promotions Event Application Process FAQ & Helpful Tips
• Crafty Corgi shows are handmade only. No direct sales, MLMs or similar businesses are allowed. We also strive to bring as much variety as possible which gives the shopper a pleasant experience and gives crafters less competition and more sales. Therefore we limit the number of crafters/artisans per category. We also the limit the number of double booths in a show.
• Apply once per show. No need to submit multiple applications. It slows me down during the vetting process. I DO NOT invoice immediately upon receipt of application. Your application will be reviewed for your category. A Facebook announcement will be made within the event page when invoices are sent. Please check your spam folder – sometimes they go there – I have zero control over how email is delivered. Likewise, please ensure you type your email correctly on the application – that’s why I ask for it twice – in case of typos.
• Please ensure your Facebook profile is set to receive messages. I can’t tell you how many people I can’t get a hold of because they don’t have their profile set to receive messages.
• Once categories fill, I will publish a list on the corresponding event page. As vendors are confirmed, I will publish a list on the corresponding event page. Confirmed vendors will also receive a confirmation email – again check your spam folder. Vendors are not confirmed until payment is received. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS (this is all spelled out in the application as well as other handy info). Monies received are used for venue payment, marketing and promotion.
• Invoicing is not immediate. I receive A LOT of applications and I try to be as fair as possible. I’m only one person. Please be patient.
• CRAFTY CORGI IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL. All messages/posts will be by Crafty Corgi Events & Promotions or Mary (Nollan) Beach. ANY OTHER PROFILES ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE IGNORED. I try to clean up the page often of those false profiles but because the page and events are public it’s difficult.
• Please note that copyright/trademark infringement is taken seriously. If you do not hold a license with the owner of said copyright/trademark, please do not use their intellectual property on your products. I can get shut down. You can get shut down. Lawsuits can happen. If you have a question about copyright/trademark infringement – please feel free to ask and we’ll sort it out. Common things that are intellectual property include, but are not limited to, professional sports teams names and logos, anything Disney/Star Wars, vehicle brands (i.e. JEEP, Harley Davidson, Dodge, etc.), designer names and logos (i.e., Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Prada, etc.), Pokemon, Harry Potter, LEGO, Dungeons & Dragons, anything that is easily recognizable in the pop culture world...etc.
