Renewing your promises ❤️

It’s seems like yesterday I was with Mr. & Mrs. Arguellas surrounded by their family & friends as they renewed their vows after decades of a life shared together in marriage.

Renewal of Vows are so amazing, looking back at the start of a couples journey, and all those twists and turns, highs and lows, laughter, sadness and joy along the way. Sharing their unique love story with their children.

Reaffirming their love for one another.
Declaring new intentions.
And rededicating their wedding bands, they have worn for more than half their lifetime.

It’s beautiful. It’s inspiring. It’s hopelessly romantic.

I don’t have all the answers when it comes to marriage but I do know this …
YOU ARE BLESSED if you are RICH in marriage because it’s something that money can’t buy.
You are rich in marriage if you have a soulmate, a life partner and someone you can trust. You have someone who will open their arms, life and body to you at all times. You have a confidant, you have a best friend and a lover. You admit faults to each other, forgive each other, and learn from it all together.
It’s beautiful to pray and want a rich marriage but it will only come to those who take action together and hold each other through it all no matter how bumpy or comfortable it gets. 🤍

“La niña más Bonita del mundo”… I know we all say this about our daughters BUT our we wrong?!🤍😍 No because the world 🌎 paused the moment she entered it.
Just a reminder for this short week….childhood is a short season…don’t let time slip away in between the grind and wanting to rest or do your own thing. The GREATEST legacy we can leave our children is HAPPY MEMORIES 🥰 and please document them.

A moment in time with dad 🤍
I pray that all the dads that I get to capture with their babies that they are the HERO, the CHAMPION, and a active co-author in their children’s existence. I pray you constantly hold a torch in the lonely and dark times of their lives and come running when called on to help them survey a new and better path. Whose love packs a punch so strong that when their hearts are broken they heal quick with that love.
Father’s Day will be here before you know it…let’s get a session on the books to capture your bond…time waits for no one.

Motherhood is a bond that can never be broken 🤍 Mothers always seem to be on the other side of the camera capturing memories of everyone else with our kids so we tend not to exist in photos…that and they become lost in our phones, computers, and clouds.
This needs to change. During your session I love to take moment to get a few motherhood sessions in. A chance to slow down and really savor this special time with your children, so that I can create a treasure that you can hold onto for a lifetime. ✨
