First, there are only 2 of us. Dawn Carmona and April Ramm. So anyone else who reaches out is likely a scammer.
Next, our fees are listed within our application. At no point, once we've invoiced you for that fee, will we reach out for more money. A vendor of our received a message from someone random, claiming that the vendor "still owed a parking fee." There are NO PARKING FEES. Thank goodness the vendor reached out to me first before paying that scammer. 💪
