Countdown to Thanksgiving Day 2024! 🦃 We are doing our best to be highly organized and efficient this holiday season. The spreadsheets, lists, and orders have been triple checked!

Wednesday- 1p-5p
Thanksgiving Day- 10a-1p

We will have some extras available. Please note, all sides are fully prepared but will need to be heated per instructions upon pickup.

The Express Market is open today 10a-6p! Stop by and pick up some bread, prepared meals, and a Rueben sandwich or a fried bologna & cheese out of the warmer. We will be closed next week for Thanksgiving so be sure to pick up a couple meals to toss in the freezer.

We LOVE bringing new dishes to our customers and had entirely too much fun creating our new California Roll Bowls! Sticky white rice, smashed avacado, diced cucumbers, spicy crab, sesame seeds, and comes with a little cup of tamari soy sauce! Sorry, this is not gluten free since there is wheat in imitation crab but our creative wheels are spinning on we can create a gluten free shrimp version soon!

Please come and talk to us about all the licenses and fees that come with operating and insuring our food based businesses, commercial catering kitchen, meal prep business, and retail space. To be short, if you hire a caterer that doesn’t hold credentials, license, and insurance for your event then YOU as the consumer are liable for not checking credentials as is the catering company that unlawfully caters your event. The unlicensed caterer will be fined $10,000. Meaning, you are putting your guests at risk. When it comes to food, having an LLC means nothing. That just means they can be a business. Ask for thier license to operate a commercial kitchen. Everyone has to start out somewhere, which is respected. Of course, we’re not talking about the aunt that caters your wedding or the family friend that makes food for your family reunion. Be an informed consumer and make good choices for your event. ❤️
